His entrepreneurial journey began early, working alongside his father in a family window cleaning business, where he learned firsthand the fundamentals of business ownership, discipline, and delivering exceptional customer care.

After spending several years as a chef—where precision, consistency, and service excellence were essential—Jason transitioned into the health insurance industry in 2008. He became an independent health insurance broker and went on to found Desert Health Benefits, where he has spent the past 17 years helping individuals, families, and seniors across Arizona make confident, informed healthcare decisions.

As an independent broker, Jason is not tied to any single insurance company.
